RESIDENCY Rules
We kindly ask you to keep our residency rules in mind when visiting Ensō House. Please follow the arrow below for our general house keeping, and also here for Ensō House Terms & Conditions.
1
No smoking in the rooms or any indoor areas. We appreciate your help in keeping our environment safe from fire hazards, especially in the dry area.

For your safety, please lock your doors and windows when you leave your room.

Our team will clean your rooms weekly, and bed sheets and towels will be changed during this time.

To avoid attracting animals and insects, please don’t leave food out on the kitchen or laundry counters. Use the plastic boxes provided to store food items securely.

We kindly ask that you dispose of your own rubbish. Recycling and rubbish bins are conveniently located along the main road near the property.

No guests are allowed unless prior arranged with Cyrill Tronchet, the House Manager.

At the end of your stay, please leave your room clean and tidy, removing any materials or rubbish you've gathered.

Check-in time is between 10am to 2pm, and check-out time is before 12 noon on your departure day.

Please keep the umbrella stands by the pool in place; feel free to move the sun loungers as needed for your comfort.

Please park your car in the designated car park at the entrance.

Please remember to close the gate at night for added security.
