1 FEES
1.1 All fees stated are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
2 MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
2.1 You must be at least eighteen years old to use Ensō London facilities.
3 METHODS OF PAYMENT
3.1 Fees must be prepaid online.
4 MEMBERSHIP AND HALF-DAY PASS SESSIONS
4.1 Membership x 10 sessions
4.1.1 Free Ensō London studio access during studio opening hours.
4.1.2 1 session = 1 x morning session (10am - 1pm) or 1 x afternoon session (2pm - 5pm).
4.1.3 Note that hours cannot be carried over from membership session to membership session, and all sessions must be used within one year of purchase.
4.1.4 All sessions must be pre-booked, and we require 24 hours notice on changes made to your reservation.
4.2 AM | PM Pass
4.2.1 Free Ensō London studio access during studio opening hours.
4.2.2 1 Half-day Pass = 1 x morning session (10am - 1pm) or 1 x afternoon session (2pm - 5pm).
4.2.3 Note that hours cannot be carried over from week to week, or pass to pass and all half-day passes must be used within one year of purchase.
4.2.4 All sessions must be pre-booked, and we require 24 hours notice on changes made to your reservation.
5 CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS (ENSŌ LONDON)
5.1 Cancellations or changes to a reservation by you
5.1.1 You may change your reservation for a pre-booked session. We require 24 hours notice on changes made.
5.1.2 If you wish to cancel your reservation, please note that we do not provide refunds on half-day passes or membership sessions cancelled or missed.
5.1.3 Note that hours cannot be carried over from membership session to membership session or pass to pass.

5.2 Cancellations to your reservation by us
5.2.1 On rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to make changes to your reservation. We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking with us. In these exceptional circumstances, you will be provided with a full refund for the session missed or the opportunity to rebook.
5.2.2 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of reservations or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the membership session fee or half-day pass fee.
6 NON-ATTENDANCE (ENSŌ LONDON)
6.1 If you are unable to attend a reserved session or class due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund.
7 UK BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
7.1 Ensō London will be closed for one additional day after a UK public holiday. Therefore if the UK public holiday falls on a Monday, Ensō London will reopen on the following Wednesday.
8 MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
8.1 All materials and vessels are for use during your reserved session time at Ensō London.
8.2 Please note that materials and equipment should not be removed from site, and must be cleaned and returned to their 'home' in Ensō London after use. With the interest of everyone in mind, we kindly request that all guests leave Ensō London as they find it.
9 PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
9.1 You may use all photography equipment that Ensō London has onsite.
9.2 You may take photographs of your own work.
9.3 Please ask permission of other guests before taking photographs of their work, or using their work on your social media or website.
9.4 You are permitted to take videos at Ensō London, however please ensure that you are considerate of other guests at all times.
10 GUEST CONDUCT
10.1 Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a kind and professional manner. Please observe our House Rules at Ensō London which you can read here.
11 HEALTH AND SAFETY
11.1 Guests are expected to follow Health and Safety guidelines that are provided by the Ensō London team.
11.2 Guests are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
11.3 Guests who fail to comply with Health and Safety rules will be unable to use the facilities at Ensō London.
12 FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure to offer our services or delay in our performance, in whole or part, of any of our obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving our workforce or the workforce of any other party), act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery or heating, lighting, air conditioning or telecommunications equipment, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, epidemics or other outbreaks of disease or infection, or failure in the external supply of electricity, water or telecommunications (including internet) connections.
13 APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be read and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute between us will be dealt with by the English Courts.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Ensō House website (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the LFS website.
In using our website you agree to act in accordance with the law and accept and abide by all of our Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service. You may not alter, amend, impair or interfere with our website in any way. If you default negligently in any obligations set out in these Terms of Service, you shall be liable for all losses and damages that this may cause to The London Flower School Limited.
PRICES
The price of any or all of our products will be as quoted on our website except in cases of obvious error. The prices quoted are liable to change at any time and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a service. All of the prices given on our website are inclusive of VAT at current rates.
REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion and at any time during an ordering process.
RESERVING YOUR SESSION ONLINE
Upon reserving your session online, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your reservation, and a second email confirming that the London Flower School have received payment. Your session is then confirmed.

By placing a reservation through our website, you warrant that you are both legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and are at least eighteen years of age.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Although we make every effort to be accurate, there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions which may relate to course descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information on our website if it is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have booked a course).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on our website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

All intellectual property rights regarding the Ensō House website including, but not limited to, text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, images and all other materials are owned by The London Flower School Limited. No trademarks or content may be copied, reproduced, sold or used without our prior written consent. If we believe our intellectual property rights to have been breached you must at our direction return, delete or destroy any copies of the materials you have duplicated.
