We have a strict cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds on membership or half-day passes purchased. Please see here for our Cancellations & Refunds policy.

Please do not reserve your allocated day with other members or half-day pass attendees in groups larger than 4 people. This is a space for uninterrupted work and large groups will disrupt the nature of the environment.

Please do not bring food with you beyond snacks. There are many local cafes and restaurants, and we provide free tea and coffee during your visit with us.

Our studio is unfortunately not suitable for pets.

Please ensure that you take care of your personal belongings, because we cannot be held responsible for items that might get lost or stolen.

We reserve the right to ask members or guests to leave if they disregard any of the listed house rules or are in anyway disrespectful to Ensō House staff or other guests.
